About us and how we work
We help people who want to buy property in the UAE describe what they need and, only if they agree, introduce them to one licensed real-estate advisor. This page explains exactly how that works.

What we are — and are not
We are an introduction service. We are not a real-estate broker, developer, lawyer, bank or financial adviser, and we do not sell, list or price property.
Nothing on this site is legal, financial or investment advice.
What happens to your request
1. You describe what you are looking for (in one sentence or step by step). Your sentence is understood on your own device; only your answers are sent when you choose to submit.
2. A real person reviews every request. Nothing is sent automatically to anyone else.
3. Only if you tick the separate sharing box — and after we ask you again — do we introduce you to ONE licensed advisor whose referral programme we have checked.
4. You can ask us to delete your details at any time; we erase them, including the original form.
How we are paid
You never pay us. If you buy through an advisor we introduced you to, that advisor or developer may pay us a referral fee under a written agreement. This does not change the price you pay.
We only suggest an advisor who covers the emirate and type of purchase you asked for and whose programme we are registered with. The size of the referral fee is never part of that choice.
The sources behind our numbers
The calculators use only your own numbers and two published rules, each linked to its official source with the date we last checked it: the 4% Dubai Land Department registration fee and the UAE Central Bank's maximum loan-to-value for an expatriate's first home.
Everything else (agency commission, bank fees, rent, costs) is an input you control. We never assume a rent, an interest rate or a return.
What we never do
We never ask for your ID, passport, bank or card details or passwords.
We never publish prices, availability, discounts or expected returns, and we never use countdowns, fake scarcity or invented reviews.
We never contact you or share your details without your consent.
Limitations
We do not verify individual properties or developers. Always check the advisor's licence yourself and confirm every fee and contract term before paying anything.
Rules for UAE nationals, second homes, off-plan purchases and emirates other than Dubai can differ from what the calculators assume.
