Our role
We are an introduction and decision-support service for property and cars in the UAE.
We are not a real-estate broker, developer, car dealer, lender, insurer, lawyer or financial adviser. We do not sell, list or price property or cars, and we never take a deposit or a payment from you.
Every price, specification, fee, permit and contract term must be confirmed in writing by the licensed company you deal with.
Legal questions and their status
These are the regulated areas that touch our service, and where each one stands today.
- Property advertisements We do not do this
We publish no property listings or offers. In Dubai a property advertisement needs a valid Dubai Land Department (Trakheesi) permit; if we ever show one, it will carry its permit number, and without a valid permit it will not be shown. - Property brokerage We do not do this
We do not negotiate, show units or handle contracts. That is licensed brokerage work, done only by the licensed advisor you choose. - Referral fees on property Under legal review
Whether we may receive a referral fee from a licensed property advisor is being checked with a UAE lawyer. Until it is confirmed, we do not collect or record any such fee. - Marketing calls and messages We do not do this
We do not make marketing calls or send marketing messages. We reply only to people who asked us to, through the channel they chose. - Personal data (UAE PDPL) In place
Separate consents, minimum data, no ID or bank details, deletion on request, and an audit trail of every consent and change. - Car sales and finance We do not do this
We do not sell cars or arrange finance. The calculators explain the maths with your own numbers; the dealer and the bank confirm the real figures.
How our recommendations work
Suggestions come from fixed, published rules applied to your own answers (budget, needs, timing). The same answers always give the same result.
Whether a partner pays us, and how much, is never part of the ranking. We show what fits you first.
We never present an estimate as a fact, and we never promise a price, return, approval or availability.
What our data labels mean
Every number we show belongs to one of these kinds:
- Verified
- Taken from an official source, linked, with the date we last checked it.
- Partner-provided
- Given by a licensed partner; they are responsible for it, so confirm it with them.
- Estimated
- Calculated by us from stated rules; a guide, not a quote.
- Your input
- A number you entered. We use it as you gave it.
- Unknown
- We do not have it. We say so rather than guess.
How we are paid
You never pay us.
A licensed partner may pay us a referral fee under a written agreement if you go ahead with them. This never changes the price you pay, and for property it applies only after legal confirmation (see above).
Your privacy choices
Three separate choices, never pre-ticked: being contacted about your own request; sharing your request with one licensed partner; and marketing. We do not send marketing, so we never ask for the third.
Saying no to sharing does not stop us from answering you. You can withdraw any choice, or ask us to delete everything, at any time.
We never ask for your ID, passport, bank or card details, passwords or one-time codes.
Automation and AI
The one-sentence box is understood by fixed rules on your own device; nothing is sent until you press submit.
When the optional chat assistant is used, it only turns your words into form answers. It never invents properties, cars, prices or advice.
A person reviews every request. No one is contacted and no data is shared automatically.
Who operates this service
The operator's registration and licence details are being finalised and will be published here once verified. We do not show placeholder numbers.
